ITINERARY IN DETAIL – Luxury 12 Night Journey through Greece by Land & Private Yacht
DAY 1 : Welcome to Athens
Arrive into Greece, the land of mythical Gods and ancient civilization. Your private driver will pick you up from Athens International Airport and take you to your five-star hotel. Enjoy your afternoon and evening exploring the vibrant culture and nightlife of Modern Athens. Our team will provide recommendations of of top restaurants, cafes and entertainment and all reservations will be made as per your requests.
DAY 2 : Athens – Half Day Athens Walking Tour
In the morning, your licensed English-speaking guide will meet you at your hotel lobby, to begin your tour of the new Acropolis Museum. Afterwards, you will have the opportunity to explore the Acropolis and its timeless temples of the Parthenon, Erectheion and Athena Nike. Walk up to the Hill of Philopappus to see the impressive funeral monument from the Roman era as you appreciate the widespread views of Athens and Piraeus. Subsequently, walk down to the hill of the Pnyx, an area used in Classical Athens as the meeting place for the democratic assembly.
You can later enter the historical Plaka area, close to the Thiseion temple, dating back to the 5th century BC. Meander past the ancient Agora and its remarkably restored Stoa of Attalus, Hadrian’s Library, and the picturesque Tower of the Winds. The return route takes you over the Hill of Mars, also known as Areopagus, where Saint Paul preached his Sermon on an unknown God, as recorded in the Acts of the Apostles, in 54 A.D., which is directly below the Acropolis. Continue your tour to the Odeion of Herodes Atticus, still used today as a summer venue for open-air concerts and theatrical performances. The last stop of the tour will be at Syntagma Square, where you will witness the changing of the Guards, at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, right below the Parliament building.
DAY 3 : Athens, Mykonos
After breakfast, you will be transferred to the Athens airport to catch your flight to Mykonos. Upon arrival, a representative will be waiting to transfer you to your luxury hotel. Enjoy the remainder of your day by relaxing at the pool or one of the many crystal-clear beaches on the island. Take a stroll through the whitewashed labyrinth streets of Mykonos town lined with numerous shops and restaurants. Make sure to ask us for recommendations about our favourite things to do and see while on the island.
Discover a different type of Mykonos. Stay at one of the finest Hotels on the island and walk the cobblestone streets complete with traditional architecture of white-washed walls and blue shutters adorning the buildings.
DAY 4 : Mykonos
Spend a relaxing day in Mykonos, at your own pace, or enjoy an optional tour to the uninhabited island of Delos, the sacred island of antiquity and the birthplace of Apollo. The entire island, consisting of five square kilometers, is an archaeological monument with remains from temples, holy places, houses, and settlements dating back to the Neolithic and Roman eras. Make sure to take pictures of the Lion Terrace and its unique marble Lions. The indoor Archaeological Museum is filled with rich antiquities making it one of the best in the country.
DAY 5 : Mykonos
Enjoy your day of leisure, we will recommend the best beaches to either soak under the sun in privacy or to begin your fun-filled party before sunset.
DAY 6 : Mykonos – Santorini
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Santorini. Upon arrival, a representative will be waiting to transfer you to your luxury hotel. Spend the remainder of your day overlooking the spectacular views of the caldera and the stunning colors of the sunset. Enjoy dinner at one of the numerous restaurants while sipping wine from one of the local wineries. Ask us for recommendations on our favourite restaurants.
DAY 7 : Santorini

DAY 8 : Santorini
Explore the island of Santorini at your leisure, or join an optional semi-private Wine Roads Tour with our expert Sommelier. During this tour, you will visit three wineries, where you will learn and taste 15 different styles of Santorini wines.
DAY 9 : Santorini, Private Yacht Charter
Board your private yacht by either transferring to the Vlyhada Marina of Santorini or flying to Athens and boarding at the Glyfada Marina. You will be greeted by your captain and crew. An embarkation and safety briefing will take place before your afternoon sail into the Aegean Sea, a once in a lifetime experience.
Sail through the Aegean Sea witnessing the volcanic landscape of Santorini as it blends into the Mediterranean scenery of endless blue. Explore the miraculous nearby islands, as you soak up the Greek sun.
DAY 10, 11, 12 : Private Yacht Charter
