Your private driver will meet you directly at your hotel in Florence taking you to the beautiful wine region in Tuscany. From your air-conditioned car you will be able to admire the fantastic countryside, its grape and olive fields, ancient farmhouses and villages.
You will head straight for the vineyards & wine cellars for a private tour of a very special winery and you will learn how the wines are obtained, from the viticulture to the winemaking. After the tour you will have time to taste some of the best wines found in Tuscany made directly at the vineyard. You will not be rushed so you will have the time to relax and enjoy the experience.
Of course at the end of the tasting you have the possibility to purchase wines directly from the winery if you would like or to ship the wines home. After the tour you can enjoy superb Chianti Classico current vintage wines combined with a typical full Tuscan.
After lunch you will continue on to the famous medieval town of Siena where a licensed local and expert guide will lead you through its steep medieval streets, admiring the splendid palaces until you reach the Cathedral, Palazzo Comunale and Piazza del Campo where the historical Palio race takes place every year.
When your tour of Siena is finished, you will then start your journey back to the centre of Florence at the end of the day, we can drop you directly at your hotel or a central location.
